We mention this multiple times in the documentation, but not
everyone reads documentation so I figure a public announcement
would be in order too. The version v2.1Beta release of the Jini
Technology Starter Kit does not include the pro.zip file that is
necessary to run the persistent version of Outrigger because of
issues relating to the transition in licensing. Our intent is
for this file to be included in the General Availability release
of 2.1 - we are not backing away from providing a
persistent version of Outrigger (and indeed if you look in the
distribution all the other pieces required are there).
