revised Porter (2.1) schedule

A couple of people have asked off-list if there's a revised Porter
schedule in light of the recent 2.0.2 release. Our plan is to put
out a Porter Beta2 release in July, in conjunction with submitting
a small set of spec changes for JDP vote to cover the security issues
that we patched in 2.0.2. The final release of Porter will be at the
end of that JDP cycle, which should be in October.
