If you want people to come up with project names, just asking them doesn't work. Threatening to call the project braintree does. :o) Doing a second round of voting might not be the worst idea since the trademark issues disqualified 50% of the 134 votes and the rest were spread out among 23 choices. If the second vote includes the top five nontrademarked names and perhaps a couple new ones, we might get a definitive answer. Of course, I realize time might also be a consideration, so perhaps we should just learn to live with Project Braintree. Just be sure to put in the FAQ immediately that we have nothing to do with the tree data structure per se. And "brain" is a non sequitur too, though a less harmful one.
