Apache project name conclusion (was Re: closing it down)

Argh.  :-\

Sorry for the odd subject title to the last mail... I've got
some jetlag from traveling to Belgium for JavaPolis,
and was originally just going to send the message
out to the [email protected] list (and that
subject made sense in the context of that list).
