Well the closer to home argument is probably true for all - I doubt our
geographies are all going to conveniently intersect but the more
information we have the better.

In the past there has been no fee - attendees had to find hotel and
travel expenses.

I'd be surprised if a sponsor was able to host but I've already had
private feedback on possible venues so we may not need to worry about
that aspect so much.
