For unix there > is "urun", but it does not appear to have the -groups swtich. Yeah, it sounds like you're using the old example config files that are archived at the bodega.dev.java.net. Those example config files have been re-done as part of the bodega primary distribution. So to achieve what you want to do, you might consider going to the bodega project on java.net and retrieving and installing that primary distribution, and then seeing if the jrun script satisfies your needs. That said, the thing to remember though is that in both the urun case and the jrun case, the purpose of the 'jsk' component of the associated distribution is to provide examples of config and policy files, not necessarily to provide general-purpose development tools, containers, or other utilities. Thus, scripts like the old urun and the newer jrun (which is auto-generated by the bodega installer) are provided simply as a convenience so that people can run the associated applications without a lot of setup. They are not the primary focus of the examples, the config and policy files are (for what it's worth).
