If you are having problems with Rio, the best place to ask for help is  
the Rio user's list ([email protected]). I would like to hear  
about what problems you ran into, since the out of the box experience  
has typically been a fairly straight-forward experience for most. So  
if you dont mind, redirect your queries to [email protected].
