My original concept for JavaSpace05 was that it wouldn't require any changes in the existing spec, it didn't even occur to me to put in some sort of reference to JavaSpace05 in the JavaSpace spec (which isn't to say it wouldn't be a good idea). I suppect there are other issues going on here too like the split between JavaDoc and "Frame" based specs and the dynamics of the (now dearly departed) JDP process with regards to changing existing specs. -- BTW, if you want to reply to this message, please direct your reply to the list, thanks John McClain [email protected] Sun Microsystems, Inc.
