usb hardware telephone

Dear Sir,

Good morning. I read a lot of document regarding the JAVA and try to
program a softphone for my USB-Hardware Phone devices.

But it seem that JAPI alone are not able to program it. What kind of
program or library i need to combine together? to achieve this target?

Please give me an advice and hopefully, the softphone can be program by
using JAVA only, because i don't have time to study C++ or other language.
