for CCM programmers - how to receive CiscoMediaOpenLogicalChannelEv event?

I need to play audio to caller. I've found out that I need to call CiscoMediaTerminal.ChangeRTPParams, but this method has one parametr that can be received probably only by this CiscoMediaOpenLogicalChannelEv event, which I can not receive... Do you have some idea why? We are using CCM 4.0
