Incoming Call redirect or transfer

Hi,

I am trying to build an application on Cisco CallManager 3.3 where incoming
call on a terminal (A) is first transferred to a mobile phone and if user
doesn’t answer in ten seconds i want to pull back the call and ring another
destination number.

First question is how to put a timer in first transfer.
Secondly how do I pull back the call and transfer it to another destination
number ?

I am very new to cisco jtapi technology.

Can someone please help me with some sample code(as i am very new to Cisco
JTAPI technology) or point me in the right direction.
