I'm starting to consider the set[Conference/Transfer]Enable methods a nuisance. Other than the constraint that they should be called when the ICall is in the IDLE state, there's not much value for them, is there? Can somebody throw some light on the value of these methods? Is it only that they're a "flag" to the underlying implementation that calls supporting this method call can access underlying resources? If that's the case, it seems that this should be a job for the concrete implementation, instead of just a shallow requirement at this level.
