a problem with DROP EVENT

i have a problem with drop event.Although incall is shutted down by the
caller, the line remains bussy.Thus the other callers hear bussy signal.I
use jtapi with xtapi implementaiton uses mstapi.Ý hope someone help me
because I stuck here!Thanks.
