implementation of JTAPI package callcenter

If i were to want to write an application with callcenter capabilities
(specifically to implement a call routing server) i'd need to get a JTAPI
implementation that supports the callcenter package.

I know :-) that Avaya's JTAPI implementation supports it.

Does anyone know of another implementation that supports the callcenter
package, and specifically the routing-related interfaces and capabilities?
