Hi Carsten, Yes, I am using HiPath 3000. I would definitively like your sample program and I am sure that it would be useful for some other members of our group, too. And thanks as well for mentioning CAP JTAPI. I have missed that somehow. I hope it is possible to find it on siemens.com pages? I will look for it. Are you using the optiPoint with a HiPath 3000 or HiPath 4000 telephone system? If so, there is a JTAPI implementation that comes with Siemens' CAP offering (Common Application Platform). We have a sample program that fulfills your requirements that work with the CAP JTAPI which we would send to the group if you think it' s useful.
