Hi Pavel. Are you using the optiPoint with a HiPath 3000 or HiPath 4000 telephone system? If so, there is a JTAPI implementation that comes with Siemens' CAP offering (Common Application Platform). We have a sample program that fulfills your requirements that work with the CAP JTAPI which we would send to the group if you think it's useful.
