How to check that a file has stoped playing?

Hi every one,,

         how i can check that a file has stopped playing and now i can play
another one . i am not talking about mtc.StopPlaying() , bcz
it is just used to stop playing ... i want to check that a file has
completed his playing or not ,,,,

Any code help will be highly apperciated
