Two other options involve the GJTAPI open-source framework. GJTAPI has a TAPI
3.0 bridge that offers some basic call control functionality. The framework is
also designed to be easily extended -- writing a Nortel Meridan service
provider should not be too difficult if you have access to the native switch
API. The framework (http://gjtapi.sf.net) is open-source and licences under an
X11 BSD-style licence, so if it needs to be extended it can be.
