Can not get a provider

Im new in Jtapi, an i tried to work with the examples in Xtapi
implementation but i dont get any result in last tree weeks.

I want to do a small application to get the IDcaller from incomings incall.
I want to do this with a modem (zoltrix vsp56e)using the serial provider
with xtapi but i can not get a provider.

Please i need some help from this. My english is not too good as i wish,  my
spanish is better :)
