THE LAST THING

Well, i think that only there are two options, the first is my questions are
so easy to waste time answering it or, the other options, my questions are
so complicated to answering it.
Maybe anybody read my message. I only want someone answer me a cuestion:

i have a voice modem.
i have jtapi xtapi.
i have knoledge about java.
i have 4 telephonics lines in  my office.

Can i make a program to call,to receive and to transfer telephonics calls?

any answer will be well received, evenh YES or NO.
