Does it possible to use JSR135 MMA to develop VoIP application

Hi.
By using JSR135 MMA we can record the video and audio and upload it to web server. We also can download the recorded content and play them back.

My question is that if one user record and upload the content by about 1 seconds and the other user download the content by 1 second and playback. If needed the listener can speak to the other by record and upload.

But I think that by using this method the video and audio quality may not be quit well. Because it use store forward method.

Can we use streaming method in JSR135. I means that we can record the vido and audio and upload them at the same time without the need to stop recording then upload and restart recording again.
