Access DVB H Receiver by J2ME

Hello, 

I would like to access the DVB H Receiver whitin a Mobile. For the moment, I did not find any software to access it, just JSR to access bluetooth, screen, wireless adaptor.. etc. etc. 

I would like to know if it is possible to do with Java. 

I am quite new in Java, but not in DVBh, I would like to merge both technologies. 

Thanks in advance if someone has any clue.
