I thought it was the case that Motorola handsets required their own
OEM signature and Sprint handsets required their carrier signature --
though both have programs for enabling handsets for developer testing.

Try at developer.motorola.com and developer.sprint.com if your
question is not answered here.

And let us know what you find.  It would indeed be progress if
jvp-certified MIDlets could be installed on Motorola and Sprint
handsets.
