How to create xml based on a schema?

Hi,
  How can i build a xml file based on particular schema structure?  I need
to create a xml with data i have in a MS SQL Server 7 database based on a
schema.  The schema specified structure of xml file which have some similar
structure of my database, but i need to add-in extension to the schema and
build a xml file from my database.

Can anyone advise??
