Hi Christian,

oh yes, switching to SVN first would be great!
I'm using SVN for a couple of years now and working
with CVS is awkward to do for me.
But I was a little afraid to ask for SVN first ;-)
AFAIK, only an admin is able to do this.
But as I read in the wiki it looks simple and easy to do so.
For example, we could keep file history when doing refactoring.

So +5 from me for switching to SVN ;-)

Regarding Eclipse project layout, I just want to add a small note ...
As much as I love Eclipse (within my personal top 5 tools :-) )
I want to preserve ANT build chain.
So of course I will update the build.xml, too.
