I view it as a 2 step process:
1) implemented (or adapt existing) pluging for SableVM.
2) verifier, VM audit, CP audit.

Until 2 is completed, a config file with a list of trusted sites and/or URL
could be checked by the plugin and the plugin could simply refuse executing Java
code on untrusted sites.

SableVM audit - This would probably mostly consist of checking the JNI
implementation, especially reflection methods.
