Hi,

This requirement is added by Classpath (CP).

A SableVM and a SableVM-Classpath that match in numbers are compatible
in there interface.  SableVM should work with an older Classpath
provided that the interface between SableVM and Classpath did not
change.

So using SableVM with older CP is one possible option.

A better option is to use only the gtk components of the older CP and
for the remaining classes the newer CP.
