Done, but apparently we have some serious performance regression.
Elipse startup seemed terribly long to me, almost as if I were running
a debug version and not one with the inline engine.

In particular we should implement natively getCallingClass and
getClassLoader from VMStackWalker (and please don't wait with this for
me).  If this doesn't help we'll need to look further.

[ release of GNU CP 0.14 which AFAIK is to happen RSN.             ]

Besides this performance problem, do we have any other showstoppers
for 1.1.10 release?
