Hi,
Sorry for going in your "conversation". Just to tell you that I have 
tested SableVM on my Zaurus 6000 and it worked o.k. I was using Debian 
over Xqt on the zaurus. It is true that not everything is yet 
implemented in Sable, but usual things work very well and the "aspect" 
of the GUI's are much better than with just AWT if there is no 
comunication with QT, I mean, with a Xserver. Also it is true that for 
heavy floating point calculations, it is extremely slow.
