Read-only Subversion access

I have tried to access the repository (read-only) both via HTTPS and
subversion client and am getting prompted for authentication
information. I did not see any user/pass for anonymous access posted on
the Wiki or any other location, and I've tried what 'obvious'
permutations I could think of.
