xplanner SVN checkout problem

Hi,

I am trying to checkout the xplanner trunk. Check out hangs while 
getting file /src-test/data/Cookbook-MissingName.xls file.

There is also a performanceDB.dmp file of about 100 MB size. Seems this 
file is causing problem in checking out the files in the above said 
directory. Can this dumb file be deleted to make the check out process 
faster.
