Netscape4/Konqueror supported again; launcher source release imminent

Okay, I think I've got the launcher back to where it was before in
terms of browser support, plus Konqueror should work better now (it's
still not fully automatic, but once the user installs the appropriate
jar file, it is).

PLEASE test this out.  If nothing is seriously wrong with it, I'll
release the launcher source code early this week.  I'm only holding
back because, unlike the engine, fixing a bug in the launcher involves
getting everybody out there to upgrade their software, instead of just
pushing a new build to dist.xwt.org.
