wildebeest: ibex open-source shoehorn

darcs get --verbose http://wildebeest.ibex.org/

That's as much as I can release... it's missing CAB.java which
verifies CAB signatures but pretty much everything else is in there.
We're going to have to come up with an alternate strategy here; the
simple one is to distribute both ibex.cab (MSIE) and ibex.exe.gz
(Win32 but not MSIE).

David, if you start hacking on this, please keep in close
communication.  I have a lot of requirements for how this stuff needs
to work.  One of them is that it should be updated to use
org.ibex.crypto. ;)
