I have not used a core built from core.ibex.org for months because it's
been broken in one way or another.

How are we supposed to be taken seriously if the main sources don't work
as advertised and you ignore patches that fix things?

Why, despite me imploring you not to [1], did you commit your simplex
updates to core.ibex.org whilst still broken?  Given that darcs makes it
trivial for you to set up an alternative repo, could you not have simply
accepted my grid-layout fixes whilst working on the simplex model?

The commit process needs serious review if you can't responsibly manage
the core sources.  A distinction needs to be made between the official
repo (core.ibex.org) and your personal playground (I don't care where,
probably megacz.com/something).  And you should have to adhere to
similar guidelines to everybody else.  I'm sick of untested patches.

Add to that you only sporadically respond to email, you ignore important
subjects (how many times am I going to have to ask about unpacked box
layout which is completely broken?), I have to ask: are you trying to
push somebody into forking the project?  If not, are you aware of how
amazingly inconsiderate you are being on a regular basis?

I am doing my best not to take this last week's events personally, but
you committing a broken layout model to the main sources has compounded
a series of issues that have really gotten to me.

You're unintentionally really pushing my buttons atm.

I give a lot of time and energy to the project.  I'm not asking for
anything more than a small amount of consideration and respect.  Is that
an unfair expectation?
