Moving to xwt cvs

I'd like to get the naming / cvs move done all in one fell swoop.

So, these are the steps:

1) Agree on the new naming / namespace

2) Declare 'development freeze' on mixdown on a date when everybody who
wishes to be involved in the move is available.

3) Create new namespace directory structure in xwt cvs.

4) Import files directly from mixdown cvs into their new namespace in xwt
cvs.

5) Fix the now broken files until they work with the new namespace.

6) Resume development from xwt cvs.

The big stumbling block is obviously (1).  I've created the wiki page
because in the mail list melee a lot of points are going to be missed, lost
and forgotten.
