Yeah, that's what I thought.

Basically:

org.xwt.themes.simple overlays xwt.standard
xwt.standard preapplies xwt.widget
xwt.widget preapplies xwt.theme
xwt.theme preapplies xwt.lib

The power user toolbox xwt.theme becomes useless, and shouldn't exist 
in this model. It should just be lib > widget > standard | simple.

So my complaint about this model is it does non of the things I'm 
proposing we have a library do.
