Well see that's the question. If you have no default theme
('implementation') in xwt.theme, then use you'd preapply
xwt.lib.theme.button.
If you had a default theme in xwt.theme, then that's where the default
version would go. In such a case, you could just have xwt.lib.button,
and no other versions floating around in lib.
