I'm willing to punt on this (no theme now, we'll revisit the issue
later) if it means we can get moving more quickly.

I'm also cool with subdividing xwt.lib if you guys are really into it.
I just don't want xwt.widget/xwt.theme to be unnecissarily subdivided,
because those are the namespaces that novices get exposed to the most.
So let's punt on exactly *how* to organize xwt.lib for now.

Proposal: we do http://wiki.xwt.org/Wiki.jsp?page=PNGWA minus the
theme in xwt.theme (for now), and with xwt.lib possibly subdivided in
wierd arbitrary ways, but with the caveat that we'll come back to it
later.  So people should treat the internal structure of xwt.lib as
somewhat unstable for now.  But xwt.widget/xwt.theme are going to get
more or less etched in stone.
