Finalising the structure

"xwt.theme -- anything that varies across themes goes here
Templates which implement a specific theme get overlaid onto this
namespace."

That description is kinda wrong... nothing goes in xwt.theme, other than
perhaps the xwt default/standard theme (nobody wants to have it as
xwt.standard instead of xwt.theme?) and, er, that's it. :)

That and the how/so on the xwt.lib are the only 2 outstanding issues (and
the above is just a minor edit away from being correct).
