Congratulations. You deserve this kind of accolade for XWT alone. :) -----Original Message----- From: Adam Megacz [mailto:[email protected]] Sent: 06 April 2003 05:18 To: [email protected] Subject: [xwt-dev] good news, next few days So I just found out that I won the National Science Foundation Graduate Fellowship, in large part due to my work on XWT. This means I'm fully funded (tuition, plush stipend, expenses, international study abroad, conference travel) for any three of the next five years, portable to any PhD program at any university anywhere in the world. Anyways, in celebration, I'm going to spend the next few days in the mountains at Lake Tahoe, snowboarding all day and reading / meditating / programming in the evenings. The upside is that I should get a lot of XWT stuff done. The downside is that my network access will be crappy 33.6 dialup, and that's if I'm lucky. So please don't get upset if I'm unresponsive for the next few days. I'll try to check my mail again tomorrow (Sunday morning, about 16 hours from now), so if you have any urgent requests, please speak now! Here's the paper that got me the fellowship: http://www.megacz.com/nsf.pdf Later! - a _______________________________________________ http://lists.xwt.org/listinfo/dev _______________________________________________ http://lists.xwt.org/listinfo/dev
