No CDATA support, no full namespace support, and I'm unsure about it's 
ability to handle the full unicode spec.

I'll also suggest a plan for using the new one to handle bad HTML. Not 
sure how well it will go down though, so I'll wait until after the 
parser is done. That's why I'm doing it: as a pre-req to xwt.html.
