I definately see the utility in that.  How is this defined in the DTD?  Is 
there any advantage to having a const keyword in the engine or a static 
block and saying something like

<box text=static.mainTitle/>

or

<box text=xwt.translations.static.mainTitle/>

where you just xwt.theme() your favourite language on to xwt.translations?

?  (not sure if that'll work even)
