Hacking Day...

To get a little bit more momentum into things and to help us hit the July
1st soft deadline, I suggest we have a weekly hacking day where everybody
gets online and we all hack at various bits of the project.

A little group encouragement can go a long way.  At least, it helps me
when there's other xwt project members online... anybody else like the
idea?

If so, I'd say every Thursday, starting the first Thursday in June.
