Yeah, that's kinda more what I meant, a few hours a day when people can
get on irc, chat and dig in.

To be honest, given the time differences it'll be a couple of 3 hour
windows on the day where more than 1 person can make it to each window. 
That way, even if only a few people can make it to each window, there'll
be some communication going on.

Any day of the week works for me, except weekends.  If it's weekends,
it'll have to be fortnightly from my perspective.
