Just an FYI, there is no way to manage Exchange. I too have tried
numerous times. I spent in excess of 60 hours attempting to recover
everyone's mail last time I tried to change to a new server. I have
never been able to find anyone with good things to say about it. This
includes people who were part of the Exchange development team. And the
documentation sucks, not that there's a lack of it, but it just sucks.
