David, how important do you feel the 'dragging tabs between windows' is for
tabpane?

Btw, where did you go?  It seems I've been left to do all the dirty work wrt
moving to the new namespace.  Oh well, I don't overly mind.  It's giving me
a good bearing on how much work is left to do on the widget audit.
