Modelling and documentation

Note:
- 'activated' has been renamed to 'primed', a more accurate word
  for the state of a clickable ready to trigger it's action
- key and focus events are not yet represented but will be
- .svg and .dia versions are available, substitute the file suffix

I'm going to try and diagramatically represent almost all of the
behavioural widgets and properly document goals and implementation.
