widgets.ibex.org updates

I just pushed a lot of updates to widgets.ibex.org including a working
tabpane and spin as well as a lot of other code clean up and also some
reorganisation.  If you do a fresh get from widgets.ibex.org you'll no
longer find all the widgets in the root of the repo, but instead the
template namespaces are found under src/ and documentation under doc/.

I have a bit more sanity checking to do, including checking for missing
files (can be quite easy y'know) as well as some additional work in my
own local repo that I need to clean up and commit, including a large
update to the sampler remake.

The only major issue is that the current content of widgets.ibex.org
doesn't work with the simplex core because the simplex core is currently
very broken by the latest 2 patches.  As soon as Adam cleans that up,
widgets.ibex.org will be developed against the simplex core as it
contains some important updates concerning font functions that David's
text widgets depend upon.
