Rather than using org.ibex.theme.base or org.ibex.ui, I think we should
just factor the ibex.lib namespace.

Perhaps like so:

ibex.lib.base << base widget libraries inc -ables*
ibex.lib.img  << img based stuff
ibex.lib.svg  << svg based stuff
ibex.lib.text << all your text widgets

*or maybe also have 'ibex.lib.able'.

This would be quite organised and mean we're not placing namespaces all
over the show, but consolidating it all under the one roof (ibex.lib).
