We can always install several icon sets with an application, matching several styles. One question, though, talking about pianos. Have you seen the "Player Piano" window? It is a virtual keyboard. There is a graphic file, used to create the black keys drawing. It is located in the repository at: http://websvn.kde.org/trunk/playground/multimedia/kmid2/widgets/blkey.svg This is my first serious work with vector graphics, and I'm sure that there may be a lot of room for improvement.
